    Return Policy

    We offer a 14-day return guarantee, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item. (Store Name) does not accept returns beyond 14 days from the delivery date. Please remember that WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR RETURN LABELS. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs if they decide to cancel their purchase.

    Return Policy

    14-Day Return Policy You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for all non-defective items. Note that returns will not be accepted after this period.

    Responsibility for Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or if we have incorrectly packed the item. We do not offer free returns or return labels.

    Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, pet hair, and distinct odors, with all product tags intact.

    Return Exceptions Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

    Unclaimed Items For unclaimed items, a fee of 79 SEK will be charged to cover administrative costs from the carriers.

    Refund Policy

    Processing Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. If it is a service, the refund will be initiated within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the service.

    Method of Refund Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

    Damages and Errors

    Reporting Defective Items Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately via email at (Store's email) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Reports of defects must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

    Refund Exceptions

    Refund Without Returning the Product Requests for refunds without returning the product will not be processed. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund of 50% along with a store credit, allowing you to keep the item.

    Non-received Delivered Items If the tracking number indicates successful delivery but you have not received the item due to incorrect address information, we may offer a replacement upon receipt of a secure delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of 70 SEK.

    Cancellations

    Order Cancellation Policy Cancellations and changes to order information are STRICTLY accepted within 24 hours after placing the order (provided the order has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact us via email at (Store's email) and provide your order number.
